Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
A: Yes we SHIP WORLDWIDE so dancers can wear our garments all around the world. Check out our Shipping Policy for more information. * Please note that Claudia Dean World is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery refused shipment or unclaimed goods.
Q: How do I apply a discount code?
A: If you obtained a discount code as part of our new community member sign up promotion, through our social media channels or via our newsletters you must manually apply the code via the checkout page. They are not automatically added. Additionally, we are unable to apply a discount code to any order after it has been placed, nor can we provide a partial refund. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
Q: How can I download your app?
A: Our Claudia Dean World App is available on the App Store and Google Play for you to download for free right now, GO!
Q: How much is delivery in Australia?.
A: All domestic standard orders are $10 and express shipping is $20. Free shipping is available when you spend over $199. Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: Can I make adjustments to my order after it’s been placed?
A: We unfortunately cannot make adjustments once your order has been placed, as our warehouse team processes your order straight away.
